The Board of Directors of the DEER RUN PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION #1
have voted without exception for me to write and tell you that we have found your company's performance of our grounds maintenance to be excellent and timely at a competitive price.

This board has NEVER had complaints with your service. Since your firm has Been providing grounds maintenance we have been quite pleased with the “LOOK” of our grass and shrubs without our having to manage your weekly performance. If it appears that we take your service for granted, just be assured that it is only that we have come to rely on you and are pleased.

We wish to thank you for not only a job well done but the little extras not in our contract and I may add in some cases without being asked or at reduced charge. You need to know that we are grateful for all your help and consideration.
